FAQ

Our frequent questions and answers

Simple.  You simply buy a school subscription depending on how many courses your staff need access to and you will be sent a coupon code.  Share this with your staff and they can access the training for free at their convenience.

Yes.  Staff are able to re-take the assessment up to five times if they do not achieve 80%.

No.  All staff working with children must complete Part One.  The rest can be accessed depending on role, e.g. SLT, Governor, Business Manager etc

Not officially.  This training becomes statutory on 1st September 2022 so it is best practice to have staff complete this as soon as possible after.

Your subscription is valid for a year so can be accessed by any staff joining later in the year or returning from maternity leave etc.
