Experience in education covers across a wide range of educational settings, including primary, secondary, pupil referral units, SEND provision, nurseries and colleges, with leadership experience in in safeguarding lead, pastoral care, and behaviour management. This provides deep and practical understanding of the unique challenges faced by Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and wider school staff.
Working nationally, on safeguarding audits, scrutiny, supervision, and training across England gives a breadth of experience to be able to best support your provision. to ensure the highest standards of care and protection for children and young people.
We are passionate about supporting education staff not only in meeting their safeguarding responsibilities but also in managing the significant workload and emotional demands these vital roles bring.
