This coaching programme for NEET learners offers targeted, person-centred support to young people disengaged from education, employment, or training. Designed to align with local priorities around participation and inclusion, the programme focuses on re-engagement through relationship-based coaching, practical goal-setting, and removing personal and systemic barriers. It supports improved outcomes in youth employability, well-being, and progression, contributing to the LA’s statutory duties around NEET reduction, post-16 participation, and long-term social mobility.
